DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU?

Not at all! You may purchase items at our website if you check out as a GUEST. But it is recommended to have an account with us in order to speed up the process in your next purchase.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

Log in to your account and you can change your details at any time. We recommend that you check your account once in a while to make sure your details are up-to-date.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER IN YOUR WEBSITE?

On our website, go to the product page of the item you would like to purchase and click the "ADD TO CART" button. After you have added all the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, follow the instructions on screen to complete your order.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER?

You may change your order in the My Cart page, before checking out. Click the My Cart link at the upper right corner of our website to view and change your order and click Update Cart. However, once you reach the Confirmation Page and click Confirm, you may no longer alter the details of your order.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY PROCESSED?

When you place an order with us, you will receive an Order Confirmation – this will be sent to the email address used to log in or the email address provided when checking out.The Order Confirmation will include an individual Order Number and details of your order. If you notice a discrepancy on your Order Confirmation please notify us to ensure corrections can be made.

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER WHO CAN I CONTACT?

If you have any issues with your order, no matter if it’s large or small, please contact us during the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on business working days, or go to our Contact Us page which has all the contact details you may need.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

You will receive email notification confirming when your order is dispatched. In most cases this means 2 - 7 business days depending on stock availability and destination.

HOW DOES YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE WORK?

You have 2 option to deliver your item: (1) Self-pickup or (2) Ship by courier.

For Self-pickup you can get your order at our office located at No.16, Jalan Industri USJ 1/14, Taman Perindustrian USJ 1,47610 Subang Jaya, Selangor D.E.

For Ship By Courier we have outsourced couriers to deliver your items at your doorstep on time and with much care.
